Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Action Geek

Welcome to Action Geek’s Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy page. This document outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made on https://actiongeek.in/. 1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the Action Geek website for anime merchandise, including action figures, desk models, keychains, posters, and other related products.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for products that:

    • Are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

    • Were purchased directly from Action Geek

    • Are returned within the specified return timeline (see section 4)

  • Products must be returned with all original accessories, tags, and documentation.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Items purchased on clearance or discounted with “No Return” policy clearly mentioned

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or personalized/customized merchandise


4. Return Request Process and Timeline

  • Customers must initiate a return request by contacting Action Geek at contact@actiongeek.in within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The return request should include order details, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).

  • Upon approval, Action Geek will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.


5. Product Condition Requirements

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as received — unused, intact packaging, and without any signs of wear or damage.

  • Action Geek reserves the right to refuse returns if products do not meet these conditions.


6. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • In cases where the original payment method cannot be refunded, store credit may be offered.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Currently, Action Geek does not offer direct exchanges.

  • Customers may return a product for a refund and place a new order if desired.


8. Order Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting contact@actiongeek.in.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned as per the return process.

Action Geek Cancellation:

  • Action Geek may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or logistical issues.

  • Customers will be notified promptly, and full refunds will be processed for canceled orders.


9. Shipping Charges on Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from Action Geek (wrong, defective, or damaged products).

  • Shipping charges for canceled orders not caused by Action Geek will not be refunded.


10. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify Action Geek within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • Provide photographic evidence along with your claim.

  • Action Geek will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.


11. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If a refund has not been received within 10 business days of return approval, please contact Action Geek at contact@actiongeek.in for assistance.

  • Refund delays may occur due to bank processing times or payment gateway issues.


12. Dispute Resolution & Customer Support

  • Action Geek strives to resolve all return, refund, or cancellation disputes amicably through direct communication.
